| Details: | SUMMARY: Monitoring violation resolution DETAILS: This violation was addressed on 8/9/11 water system survey and was on the only violation noted on the survey When I called mark several days before the survey date I mentioned to him they had missed the 2nd quarter 2011 coliform sample. The system sampled the day before the survey and reported to the state on 8/24/11. The violation was returned to compliance on 8/2/22. The system has sampled and reported on time since the survey. This resolves all violation from the 8/9/12 survey. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
