| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Alert to a positive coliform for sample taken 6/6/12. They are in the process of flushing system today. This is a very small system as to size and total length. A repeat sample will be taken on 6/6/13. Discussion revealed the facility only has 10 plus people about 30 days during the season. I requested Pendleton office change the system to inactive status. Owner was given instructions as to rules pertaining to water supply operation. ACTION NEEDED: Review water supply aspects during inspections. | ||
