Your system was supposed to take 5 lead and copper tap samples sometime during the period of June 1 through December 30, 2011 and report by the 10th of the following month. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 lead and copper tap samples June 1 through September 30, 2012 and notify users of the failure to test.
