Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Spoke with Mike regarding required temporary routines where to take and informed that quart4erly routine is still due. 5/25/12 Call to system regarding positive coliform samples. Spoke with Eric Hammonds. Discussed actions taken to recent positive coliform. Last sample was source sample April 30 results were negative. Sampling technique a possibility to inconsistency in the results also sample points to be looked at. Tier 2 notice still up ACTION NEEDED: System to do May temporary routines. Requested copy of tier 2 notice.
