| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform alert response DETAILS: Contacted Clay regarding the sample collected 5/30/12 and a repeat sample colleted on 6/6/12 testing positive. Water system batch chlorinated the well before taking the four repeat samples. Source sample was the only one positive. ACTION NEEDED: Direct Responsible Charge will send in two source samples to be tested for coliform. To post a tier 2 public notice and collect their four routine coliform samples on their next scheduled sampling date. | ||
