| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: 10/10/11 The triggered and 3 repeat samples collected on 10/7/11 positive for coliform. Donnie called and informed me that all the repeat samples were positive. He has already shock chlorinated the system and after purging of chlorine will collect five temporary routines in November. 10/12/11 Neilson Research called and said that 5 repeats were submitted today and asked what they should do with them. I called Donnie and Denise spoke with both of them and they elected to have the lab discard these samples and will bring five temporary routines in during November. I called Neilson and updated them with this information..11/8/11 Five temporary routines collected all tested negative. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
