| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: 4/30/12 - Violation was incurred for sample collected on 4/24/12 and a repeat sample collected on 4/26/12 tested positive. I spoke with Steve Branson on 4/30/12. He indicated the sample tap was responsible for the contaminated sample and would omit that sampling point from the coliform sampling plan.
