| Details: | SUMMARY: Met with Co-Op members, City of Umatilla and County staff DETAILS: Met with Barbara, other co-op members, City of Umatilla city manager and planner, and Umatilla County planning director. Discussed status of water system, water system survey findings, impending failure of the corroded storage tank, options for replacing the tank or eliminating the need for it by use of a variable speed drive well pump, or by annexation and connecting to the City of Umatilla water system. Discussed possible funding options for projects, zoning and setback issues regarding livestock near the well. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to correct deficiencies listed in survey, plan on how to resolve failing tank issue. Circuit rider to help with reviewing possible options. | ||
