| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: I spoke with Fred the afternoon of 6/13 and instructed him about taking the repeat samples. It should be noted again this property has an on going issue with solid waste on the property that has yet to be abated and this issue may or may not be impacting the well and water quality. This was also noted and Fred was made aware during the sanitary survey on 2/12/10. The significant deficiency items from this survey have yet to be corrected. In checking with the state website on 6/18 3 repeat samples were taken. I am unclear why a 4th sample at the well was not taken and I am unclear if a repeat sample was taken at the same sampling location as the original positive coliform sample. Additional follow up is required. ACTION NEEDED: Take a 4th repeat sample triggered at the well head. | ||
