| Details: | SUMMARY: Failed to collect a nitrate sample in 2011 DETAILS: I called and spoke with Claude and he says he believes nitrate samples were collected in both 2010 and 2011 but he will cheek with Neilson. He says he will collect a 2012 nitrate sample ASAP. 5/23/12 - Spoke with Claude and informed him that a nitrate sample has still not been collected and that formal enforcement is on the horizon. Claude told me he will have the park manager collect a nitrate sample. Claude also agreed to have the park manager give me a call. 5/23/12 - spoke with Mike Heusser, new manager, and informed him a nitrate sample needs to be collected ASAP. I also sent the state an inventory update form for the contact change. 5/30/12 - A nitrate sample was collected. 6/20/12 Violation returned to compliance. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
