| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform 6/4/12 DETAILS: I spoke with Pam Alexander and she informed me that distribution repeat and triggered source samples were collected today. I informed her that five temporary routines from the distribution system are due in July. 6/6/12 Per Neilson Research: Three distribution repeat samples all tested negative and one triggered source sample tested positive were collected: Per Scott Curry this is an MCL violation. I emailed Doug Alexander a public notice and were discussed the details of shock chlorinate the water system. Not that there are two separate, independent distribution loops with a representative monitoring plan on file there fore only one triggered source sample was required. ACTION NEEDED: Three distribution repeats and one triggered source sample along with five temporary routines in July. | ||
