| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform 6/19/12 DETAILS: 6/18/12 - Peter called and explained that a sample was collected form the distribution system labeled routine and tested positive. He added that it was meant to be labeled a special and asked if it could be changed. I discussed this with Chuck Michael and informed Peter that the result of that sample need to be sent to the state as a routine and repeat/triggered samples collected within 24 hours along with five temporary routines in July. 6/19/12 -Three repeats and a triggered source sample were collected and tested negative.
