| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform 5/29/12 DETAILS: I contacted Paul to be sure that he was clear as to what he needed to do following the positive. I received an email from Evan Hofeld on 6/1/12 letting me know that he has spoken with the operator about the sampling requirements. Paul reviewed what needed to be done. He said he would take a source sample at the well head and three repeats in the distribution system. I let him know that if any of the follow up samples are positive he will need to do a public notice and disinfect the system. Either way they will need to take 5 temporary routine samples in June ACTION NEEDED: Monitor the follow up samples and respond as necessary | ||
