| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Ecoli DETAILS: June 25, 2012 during an inspection of the pare, Quinn collected a routine water sample and sent it to the Public Health lab. The results were positive for total and fecal coliform bacteria. Called Ed Walter. As noted in the sanitary survey the chlorinator does not work. The storage tank is not being continuously disinfected. Ed is hand chlorinating storage tank once or twice a week. We discussed that he is required to have a working chlorinator ACTION NEEDED: Four repeat samples and one source water assessment sample will be taken ASAP | ||
