Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform 7/12/12 DETAILS: A routine coliform sample collected on 7/12/12 was positive for coliform. Spoke with mark Goodman 541-890-9256 regarding triggered and repeat samples the five temporary routines in August, and about the lack of a certified operator. I contacted Dottie Reynolds at the state who informed me she will send a letter regarding operator certification to the water system. 7/18/12 One repeat sample collected at the fire hall on 7/16/12 was positive for coliform ACTION NEEDED: See next alert
