| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Met with Keith at his house and assisted him in shock chlorinating his system. Shock chlorinating was completed and spoke with Keith again morning of 7/20 and system has been flushed out now as well. Keith also notified two guests of the situation, (also enclosed is a tier 2 notice) and they are being supplied with bottled water in the meantime. ACTION NEEDED: System has been shock chlorinated will take 5 routines in August to see if this worked. | ||
