| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: I spoke with Keith the afternoon of 7/17 and instructed him about taking the 4 repeat samples. Keith indicated he would get the 4 repeat samples into the lab that same day. Keith stopped by the office on 7/18 to let me know all four repeat samples had come back positive for coliform. I indicated to him I would come out tomorrow and assist him in shock chlorinating his system. ACTION NEEDED: Will shock chlorinate system on 7/19 | ||
