| Details: | SUMMARY: Resolution of Priority Non-Complier (PNC) DETAILS: The system had a score of 11. The points consisted of a non reporting for nitrate during 2011 & total coliform MCL in the 3rd quarter in 2011. I contacted the system on 2/13/12 to let the operator know they missed the that the system sampled for nitrate on 5/7/12 and reported to the state on 5/22/12. The system also performed a number of repairs including new gaskets on the hand pump. This was followed by a disinfections. The system has had numerous absent coliform samples since the repairs and disinfections. I emailed Chuck at the state on 6/18/12 to resolve the coliform MCL. The violation has been resolved and system score is 0. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
