| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform 7/9/12 DETAILS: John sent public health an email on 7/12/12 informing that 5 of 5 temporary routines showed presence of coliforms.7/13/12 I responded with requirement to: Take a source sample from each of the active well heads. Collect 3 other samples from anywhere in the distribution system. Collect 5 temporary routine samples in August. Also agreed that chlorine shock was most logical step while considering source of contamination. Later that day John emailed that he was preparing to distribute a public notice for unresolved coliforms. ACTION NEEDED: Source samples from each well. 3 repeat samples from distribution system and 5 temporary routines in August | ||
