| Details: | SUMMARY: Failed to sample coliform routine DETAILS: I informed Patty of the monitoring violation. She said she didnt know she had to take one. I explained the monitoring requirements and the dates/deadlines for reporting total coliform, nitrate and source sample. I also asked her to post a public notice and send in to the state. I faxed her a public notice template. ACTION NEEDED: Report total coliform on time 2nd quarter 2012 and in the future post a public notice and send in to the state. | ||
