| Details: | SUMMARY: Total coliform routines DETAILS: I contacted Michael and informed him of the alert for total coliform. He said they are having problems with the uv unit. I asked him to do a source sample. He said he did not do one yet but will. I reminded him that he needs to do 3 repeats right away and include an additional sample from the source. I also reminded him to do 5 routines the next month and to send in the public notices that were required to the state. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
