Details: SUMMARY: Regulatory status DETAILS: Fred is new to the home owners board and assigned responsibility to handle public drinking water issues. The primary regulatory contact is Klamath County, possibly Ramona Quinn. There are no current plan review issues. There is a need to send a copy of public notice for the total coliform positive result in June (send to dwp.dmce@state.or.us). Chemical results for arsenic and nitrate are needed.
