| Details: | SUMMARY: Emergency Response Plan DETAILS: Visited with Vern and Rozella Beck in the field on 5/9/12 to complete a sanitary survey. At this time the system had already completed the ERP plan. The ERP was found to have all the basic elements in place, including a list of emergency contact information, a written protocol for dealing with a water emergency, as well as a vulnerability assessment and a list of corrections. The ERP was reviewed and found to meet the minimum water system security requirements. ACTION NEEDED: Update ERP on an as needed basis. | ||
