| Details: | SUMMARY: Emergency Response Plan DETAILS: Visited with Mike in the field on 5/24/12 to review the ERP completion. This was a follow up site visit from the sanitary survey site visit on 4/9/12. The ERP was found to have all the basic elements in place, including a list of emergency contact information, a written protocol for dealing with a water emergency, as well as a vulnerability assessment and a list of corrections (such as a lock on the main door to the wellhouse). The ERP was reviewed and found to meet the minimum water system security requirements. ACTION NEEDED: Update ERP on an as needed basis. | ||
