| Details: | SUMMARY: Emergency Response Plan DETAILS: Visited with Brigid in the field on 5/10/12 as a follow up to the sanitary survey conducted 3/8/12. At this time the system had completed the ERP plan in place, hence the ERP was reviewed for completion during this visit. The ERP was found to have all the basic elements in place, including a list of emergency contact information, a written protocol for dealing with a water emergency, as well as a vulnerability assessment and a list of corrections (such as a lock on the main door to the wellhouse). The ERP was reviewed and found to meet the minimum water system security requirements. ACTION NEEDED: Update ERP on an as needed basis. | ||
