Details: SUMMARY: Copliform non compliance DETAILS: I send new forms and a letter explaining the concern to have the system regularly sampling and sending in quarterly test samples. I have offered to help in getting the paperwork filled out and confirm sampling schedule. I am concerned the system is not understanding the need for compliance possibly due to the language barrier. ACTION NEEDED: Begin quarterly sampling for coliform which has not happened since 2012. Also address well construction issues that are critical to protect water safety.
