Details: Survey noted no written O & M and system not taking twice/weekly chlorine measurements for Chlorine unit for taste/odor. Spoke with Mike (USFS) and Chris (CLM) and they sent me O & M plan and will continue recording chlorine twice weekly if unit is being used. These items are considered corrected.
