| Details: | SUMMARY: Resolution of Priority non-complier (PNC) DETAILS: This system had a score of 15. This facility is a go cart racing track and with food service. They had a number of violations stemming from routine coliform positive samples in the 3re quarter of 2011. They system had an initial coliform detect on 8/18/11. All repeat samples and source sample were absent but the results werent sent to the state until 9/12/11. This generated a violation for late repeats and source sample. The system then took 5 temporary routine samples on 9/15/11 and one of which was total coliform positive. The race track and water system was closed for the season after their samples so follow ups werent obtainable. The facility had a late start in 0212 due to partial flooding of the race track by the Pudding river. I stopped by the office on 5/15/12 and spoke with Chris and Nicole. The facility was finally able to get up and rolling as the flooding had receded. I let them know they were currently a PNC with a system score of 15. They needed to take a routine coliform sample ASAP as well as a source sample. This would resolve all of the systems violations. Nicole said they would sample right away. The system took a routine coliform sample and source sample on 5/17/12. These samples were reported to the state on 5/29/12. The violations were returned to compliance on 5/29/12.
