| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate detection of 5 mg/l DETAILS: I contacted Silas Olson and he verified the nitrate sample was actually taken from well #1 EP-A. I sent a request to Chuck Michael to have this corrected. I informed Silas if they continue to use well #1 they will need to monitor nitrate quarterly for one year (they are considering switching to well #2 due to Ecoli detections in well #1.) ACTION NEEDED: Follow up with system and change nitrate monitoring schedule as needed. | ||
