Details: SUMMARY: Deficiency follow up DETAILS: Mr. Warila sent a letter (via d-mail and regular mail) stating that the significant deficiency (SD) noted during the May 22, 2012 sanitary survey regarding the sanitary seal around the electrical conduit has been corrected as of 5/29/12. There was only one SD observed during the system survey. ACTION NEEDED: none
