| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: A routine sample collected 6/28/12 positive. I spoke with Mike and he has already collected a triggered source and three distribution repeat samples. I advised him that five temporary routines from the distribution system are due this month. 7/16/12 - The triggered and repeat samples collected on 6/29/12 all tested negative. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routines are due in July. | ||
