| Details: | SUMMARY: Significant deficiency (SD) follow up DETAILS: System had a SD of their backflow device not being tested in 2009-2010. They had it tested in 2011 and it failed. They replaced it with a newer model and tested at the time of installation. They will test it again for 2012 soon. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
