| Details: | SUMMARY: Regulatory Assistance DETAILS: Positive total coliform results for repeat samples obtained from distribution system. System has shocked chlorinated the well and posted a public notice. A special sample will be submitted after all chlorine has been flushed from distribution. I informed Mr. Christianson that if the distribution sample tests negative, then 5 routine samples will be required by the end of July. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain 5 routine samples by 7/31/12 | ||
