| Details: | SUMMARY: MCL repeat coliform sample 7/30/12 DETAILS: I contacted Mike to let him know about the positive repeat total coliform samples. I let him know they need to do a public notice. I also let him know that 5 temporary routine sample will be needed for August. I sent an email to Mike with the link to the public notice template for unresolved coliform. Mike let me know that he would disinfect the well and distribution system. I let him know to look for leaks or other potential sources of contamination ACTION NEEDED: Obtain copy of completed public notice. Monitor follow up samples and respond if necessary. | ||
