| Details: | SUMMARY: Lead sample over action level .016 sample date 6/5/12 DETAILS: I contacted Colin to let him know that the sample results were just over the action level. This system already treats for Lead and Copper with orthophosphate. I let Colin know that I think the circuit Rider should be contacted to figure out if the treatment unit is functioning properly. I gave Colin the contact info for Rob Henry at HBH Consulting so he can schedule a consult. I contacted Rob at HBH to let him know about the situation at Rural Dell. Rob indicated that he had worked with a couple of systems that used this type of corrosion control. I gave Colins contact info to Rob. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up with Colin and find out what is determined with the treatment unit. Monitor further results and respond as necessary. | ||
