| Details: | SUMMARY: All 4 temporary routine samples positive for coliform DETAILS: Discussed possible sources of contamination of water. Dave said he hauled water from another source (not approved). Which may account for the well at resort being negative and distribution being positive. Called again on 5/1 and he has stated chlorinating does at times use surface water. Will post public notice. I sent him the template today. Referred system to Daniel Hough due to surface water use at times. ACTION NEEDED: Post public notice Tier 2 exceeds MCL for coliform. Determine system problem, repair if necessary, sanitize distribution system. Take 5 temporary routine samples in May. If negative, take 3rd quarter routine as usual. | ||
