Details: SUMMARY: Routine positive coliform DETAILS: Routine coliform was positive. 5 samples need to be taken now. There is no chlorination on system, so 3 repeats are taken in the distribution system and one at each source. The samples in the distribution are marked repeat and the two separate source samples are marked triggered. This needs to be done today. ACTION NEEDED: Take 4 repeats of which one is from source and marked triggered. One more triggered sample at second source. In July before the 31st, take 5 more samples from distribution and mark them temporary repeat. The reason these also need to be before the end of the month is that the original sample was taken 6/28
