| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up to monitoring violation for coliform DETAILS: Called Theresa and she told me she no longer owns the facility. She said she would contact the new owners and have them call me. Shaunna Sharp called and I informed her of the sampling requirements. I explained the system needs to be sampling for total coliform quarterly and that they missed the second quarter. She said she would call the lab and get the sample taken. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
