| Details: | SUMMARY: Positove Ecoli/positive coliform DETAILS: An alert was received on 8/9/12 for Ecoli and coliform for a source assessment sample taken 8/6/12. Sample taken on same day inside the facility tested absent. Water is treated with chlorine. I called Christy on 8/9 and let her know that no boil water notice was needed. 5 confirmation source samples will be taken early next week. Chlorine residual must be checked daily and documented maintain residual at 0.5-1.0 ppm per Gary Burnettes 12/26/07 Drinking Water Survey ACTION NEEDED: Review online data for sample results. | ||
