| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed removal of chlorinator DETAILS: Josh wanted to find out if they could remove the chlorinator because it was difficult to monitor the chlorine residual daily. I reviewed the file and found no indication as to why the system uses chlorine. The system has not had any coliform or fecal detections dating back as far as 1999. I spoke to Betsy P and we decided the system could be changed to residual maintenance and only have to check the residual twice per week or do some source sampling and then disconnect the chlorinator if there arent any coliform or fecal detections. I called Josh to let him know. I told him to let me know what they decide to do ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
