| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up for deficiencies from 12/1/12 survey DETAILS: Called Butch to remind that he still needs to submit some missing documents: DRC form, Contract, Enabling Authority, ASR and install a raw sample tap for the 2nd well. I received a copy of the CCR for 2011. We also discussed deficiencies from Sun Mtn and Widgi Creek which need paperwork, no physical problems. He said hes been busy but will get in required items as Nathan will be helping get caught up. ACTION NEEDED: Submit all required items and call when raw sample tap is in | ||
