| Details: | SUMMARY: Funding Assistance DETAILS: HBH was contacted by Ray Todd with the Old Sheep WA to provide assistance with a funding application/Letter of Interest for the Safe Drinking Water Revolving Loan Fund. The system is a small water system with a population of 56 with 34 connections. The system was constructed in 1985 by a developer and is showing deterioration. A Study was completed by SHN Consulting in 2009. This study outlined need capital improvements for the reliability of the water system. HBH reviewed the SHN study and discussed the funding process/application at length with Mr Todd. ACTION NEEDED: Assist System with the Letter of Interest. | ||
