| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive DETAILS: On Thursday, received a phone message from Art Sharkey about routine sample collected on Wednesday, September 12th being total coliform positive at the Middle Sundance location. Repeat and source water samples were being collected. On Friday, spoke with Mark and confirmed active sources at the time were China Hat #2 (SRC-AB), Sundance (SRC-EA), and Tekampe Well A (SRC-GA). Mark indicated that repeat and source water samples were all absent. ACTION NEEDED: No further action. |
