| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation follow up DETAILS: System missed 2nd quarter routine. Spoke with Mitch during site visit in late June and reminded but system got busy with 4th weekend. Mitch took sample 7/16 and was negative. Took routine from raw sample tap and we discussed that routines should come from distribution but one raw sample per year ok as assessment. ACTION NEEDED: Continued on time quarterly routines from distribution. Take another before end of September as well as annual nitrate. Mark sample with chlorine residual. | ||
