| Details: | I spoke with the water system operator on the morning of December 7, 2020 regarding a forced entry into the water treatment plant. The water system operator informed me that an assailant had gained entry into the WTP. No known contamination or sabotage has occurred and no water had left the treatment plant, as a precautionary measure the water system is draining and flushing the clear well, the flocculation and sedimentation basins. Water has not been released to distribution since prior to the break-in. Coliform samples will be taken at the 1st user prior to any water going into the distribution system. The water system staff should sample accordingly if any contamination concerns are discovered. Water system staff contacted the appropriate authorities. | ||
