| Details: | SUMMARY: Non reporting violation follow up DETAILS: Called Chuck and discussed missing 2nd quarter 2012 and missing 3rd quarter 2011. He thought samples were taken but not sure what happened. I suggested making sure lab has instructions to forward results to the state. Chuck will take 3rd quarter coliform ASAP as well as annual nitrate. Discussed public notice for non reporting and emailed template. ACTION NEEDED: Submit results from coliform ASAP. Post public notice at kiosk and get copy to me. Continued on time sampling during quarters open | ||
