| Details: | SUMMARY: Lead and copper (LCR) violation follow up DETAILS: System got non reporting violation for LCR. Looked into records and system has taken 4 6months rounds. Last sample will satisfy 1st annual round. Called the state and there was some confusion with the sampling schedule as the state did not receive my 4/30/12 chem change form. Worked with chuck Michael and we changed to reflect correct schedule. ACTION NEEDED: System needs another annual round this summer and a 3rd annual round next summer and then can go to every 3 years. Sample June-Sept. Also state will change number of samples to 5 not 10 due to population change. | ||
