| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up to significant deficiencies DETAILS: During the survey on 5/17/12 only one significant deficiency was identified for the system and that was the lack of any arsenic test results. The system took an arsenic test on 7/5/12 and have now satisfactorily complied with this one item. All items from the 5/17/12 survey have now been corrected and no further action is required on the part of the system. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
