| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform on 4 repeats 8/30/12 DETAILS: Pat took 4 repeat sample 8/29/12 and all were positive for coliform. Pat is going to shock the well and well head and clean the surrounding area. He said he is going to take on sample on the well head the day after the well is shocked. Then they are going to take 5 repeat samples within 30 days. The system is a State Reg and has not been surveyed since 1987. They are going to scrub clean the reservoir soon since its been a few years since it has been done. ACTION NEEDED: Will remind him of the 5 repeats within 30 days. | ||
