Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Sample was not identified correctly on the water lab sample form. I spoke with the new operator Steve to confirm the intent of the sample. Sample was suppose to be marked monthly source assessment sample. Contacted Chuck Michael to determine procedure for correcting data entry error. Chuck advised writing the state a letter to correct the water operators error. ACTION NEEDED: Write letter to correct error.
